domain password is associated with all registered
domains in order to protect the security of the domain and to verify
the identity of the domain’s registered owner.
I.
If you have an Aplus.Net Account (starting with AP) associated with
your domain registration, you can use the Aplus.Net Control Panel to
change the password associated with your domain’s
registration. Here’s
how:
- Start
by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net
using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
- Select
Domains from the top navigation bar, then click on Domain Registrations.
- Click
the domain name that you’d like to manage.
- Click
the Change Domain Password icon.
- On
the following screen, enter the new password for your domain
registration. The
best passwords contain a combination of letters (both uppercase and
lowercase), numbers, and punctuation symbols and should be reasonably
difficult for any one to guess.
Note:
If
you would like to retrieve (rather than replace) your
domain’s password, please contact Aplus.Net Customer Support
at (888) 301-2516 and one of our representatives will provide you with
your current password. - Click
Change to continue. Click
Cancel to escape.
