How can I update / change my payment information using the Aplus.Net Control Panel?

Aplus.Net accepts Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Checks (drawn on US banks only), and Wire Transfers as methods of payment. More information about the available methods of payment is available here:

You can use the Aplus.Net Control Panel to update or change your payment details at any time. Here’s how:

1. Start by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
2. Select My Account from the top navigation bar. Please have in mind that the My Account tab is active only if you have logged in to the Control Panel using your Registration Number and Customer Password. Any other login type will not work in this case.
3. Next, select the Payment Info icon.
4. You can check here also your Current Amount Due. If there is such and your account is set to be paid with Credit Card, you can use the Pay Now button to enter the respective tool and clear your amount due:

5. Use the radio buttons next to Credit Card and Check to select a payment method. (If you decide to switch to Check Payment, skip on to Step 10).

6. If you have previously paid with Credit Card, you will see only the last four digits of the credit card displayed in the Credit Card Number field. (The rest of the digits will be replaced by X’s.) To enter a new card number, delete the existing one and add the new credit card number into the Credit Card Number field.
7. Use the drop-down menus next to Expiration Month and Expiration Year to specify your card’s expiration date.
8. If your card has a three-digit CVV number at the right-hand edge of the signature field on the back of the card, please enter it into the Credit Card Verification Value field.
9. Enter your Billing Address and Billing Postal Code into the respective text fields.

10. Click Update to modify your payment information. Click Cancel to escape.
11. Now, you have an additional option to click the Update & Pay Now button. This will modify your Credit Card information and redirect you to the Pay Now tool where you can enforce an immediate payment.

Important: Due to security considerations you are not allowed to change your Credit Card information more than once within 24 hours.
