If

The
number is toll free: 1-877-577-0677. You can also email
escalations@aplus.net - this email address is answered by
escalation managers.
Here’s
how to cancel your Aplus.Net Dedicated Server:
- Start
by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net
using your Registration Number and Customer
Password.
- Select
My Account from the top navigation
bar. Please
have in mind that the My
Account tab is active only if you have logged in
to the Control Panel using
your Registration Number and Customer
Password. Any other login type will not work in this
case.
- Click
the Cancel Services icon.
- Select
the type of service plan(s) you want to cancel.
- Read
the information on the page and check the box next to I have read and understand the
information above. Please have in mind that the cancellation
of dedicated services (including
but not limited to: collocation, dedicated servers, etc.) requires a
30-day advance notice.
- Click
the Next button
to go to the Service
Plan Cancellation page.
- Check
the boxes located in the Cancel
column for the specific dedicated servers you
want to cancel.
- Click the Proceed
with Cancellation button.
- Please
answer the questions in our cancellation survey. Your feedback is
appreciated and allows us to continually improve our services.
- Finally,
click the Request
Cancellation button.
Now,
at the Service Plan
Cancellation page you will be able to check the
status of the cancellation you have submitted. The status could be one
of the following:
- Pending - the cancellation is still not processed.
- Processed - the service plan is already cancelled.
- Revoked - you have contacted Customer Care in order
to stop the cancellation.
