The
WebCalendar is
a PHP-based calendar application that can be configured as a
single-user calendar, a multi-user calendar for groups of users, or as
an event calendar viewable by your website visitors.
Your
WebCalendar Administration Panel is located at the following URL: http://yourdomain.com/webcal/adminhome.php.
Please replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual hosted domain name.
Additionally,
you may access particular administration topics using the Aplus.Net
Control Panel. Here is how:
- Start by logging
into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net
using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
- Select Web Hosting from the top
navigation bar.
- Next, select Hosted
Domains and click on Manage Hosted Domains.
- Select the
hosted domain name that you’d like to manage.
- Click on the Design
tab.
- Click on the Online
Calendar icon.
- Now, click on
the Settings tab.
- In the Global
Preferences section you may change the following settings:
- Application
Name: it is displayed in the browser's title bar.
- Administrator
First and Last Name: this will replace your default main FTP username
as displayed on the calendar pages.
- Administrator
Email: notifications on events will be sent to this email address.
- Use the WebCalendar
Settings section to access the following administrative
tasks inside the WebCalendar:
- System
Settings: a wide variety of preferences could be specified here,
including how your WebCalendar is displayed, multiple user and public
access control, groups, etc.
- My
Preferences: you can specify here your personalized preferences.
- Public
Preferences: you can specify here preferences for public visitors.
- User
Management: you can add here additional users.
- Assistant
Manager: Assistant is a calendar
user that has been designated by another calendar user (the Boss) to
help manage their calendar.
You
can also use the User Manual and the WebCalendar

Also,
at each administrative page in the WebCalendar there is a Help
