how do i add my signature in the round cube webmail?

Answer by: Stuart Pierce, Aplus.Net Knowledge Base Support

The Round Cube Webmail service is a browser-based multilingual email client with a user-friendly interface. It provides the full functionality of an email client, including MIME support, address book, folder manipulation, message searching and spell checking.

Here is how you can add a signature to the email messages you are using:

  1. Login to the Round Cube Webmail at: http://mail.yourdomain.com/cube/. Please replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual hosted domain name. The trailing slash is required.
  2. Click on Personal Settings from the menu at the top.

  1. Now, select Identities.
  2. Click on the Identity you wish to create a signature for. The "Edit item" will appear.

  1. Enter your signature in the respective text box.
  2. Click the Save button.
