You can use the Weather Toolbar
Control Panel tool to create a Weather Report section on your website. The report includes the current
temperature, wind status, and humidity for a specific city. The service
covers a large number of cities around the world. The tool will
generate the required HTML code for the selected city.
Here is how to use the tool to
generate the HTML code:
- Start by
logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net
using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
- Select Web
Hosting from the top navigation bar.
- Next, select Hosted
Domains and click on Manage Hosted Domains.
- Now, select
the hosted domain that you’d like to manage.
- Click on the Design
tab.
- Click on the Weather
Toolbar icon.
- Select the
location of your Weather Report:
- Choose
the Country (Required)
- Choose
the State (optional)
- Choose
the specific City (Required)
- Customize the
look and feel of your Weather Report:
- If
you select a preset Theme, you will not be able to modify its Icon and
Color. Skip 8.c and 8.d, and go to 8.e to select the exact Weather
Report size.
- If
you select the Default Theme, you will be able to modify its Icon,
Color and Size.
- Select
your Weather Report Icon from the available options. You will always
see the selected Icon in the Preview Section.
- Select
your Weather Report Color from the available options. You will always
see the color changes in the Preview Section.
- Select
the size of your Weather Report.
- Now,
you have two options:
- You
can place automatically the HTML code for the Weather Toolbar. Click
the Import Weather Toolbar button, select an
existing web page, and then click on a desired location to insert the
tool. Click Save from the top navigation to
finish.
NOTE:
Please have in mind that with this option you will have limited design
capabilities, given the fact that the web page you have chosen already
has content.
- Or,
click the Grab html code button to copy to
clipboard the required HTML code. You may use this code for of your all
web pages you wish to have the Weather Toolbar at.
NOTE:
With this option, you will be able to manually import the HTML code,
thus obtaining full control over the design of your web page.
Once
the HTML code is imported, your website visitors will enjoy a nice
Weather Report section. The imported HTML code fragment will utilize
the connection to the Weather Report service and will present the
current temperature, wind, and humidity status for the selected city.
