Here’s
how:
- Start
by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net
using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
- Select
Web Hosting from the top navigation bar.
- Next,
select the Add-Ons and
click on CRM Chat.
- Click
on the CRM Chat service that you’d like to manage.
- Next,
click the View Administrative Chat Interface icon.
You will be redirected to your CRM Chat administrative interface
automatically.
- Select
the Manage Operators link.
- Click
the Add a new operator button.
Important:
If you see an error message saying: “You
are not allowed to add more than X operators”, it
means you have already activated all operators’ accounts that
are included with your CRM Chat service plan. In this case you will
have to buy additional accounts by following the Knowledge Base
document below.
- Enter
the operator’s username, password and real name. Specify the
department the operator is working for and the operator’s
photograph?
- Click
the Save button to activate your new
operator’s account.
