how you can access your account information using the Control Panel:
- Start
by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net
using your Registration Number and Customer
Password.
- Select
My Account tab from the top navigation
bar. Please
have in mind that the My
Account tab is active only if you have logged in
to the Control Panel using
your Registration Number and Customer
Password. Any other login type will not work in this
case.
- My
Info – here you can review / update your personal details,
such as address, contact email, and your preference for the method of
receiving your statements and invoices;
- My
Personal Messages - here you can find copies of all automatic emails
sent by Aplus.Net via email.
- My
Services – here you can review / manage your service plan(s)
details, and change the associated passwords;
- Change
Account Password – here you can change your main Customer
Password;
- Billing
Statements – here you can go through your Billing statement
facts for a specified period of time;
- Billing
Invoices – here you can get invoices report with their
number, date and client name;
- Payment
Info – here you can update your credit card info, or switch
to a different method of payment (credit card or check);
- Legal
– here are Aplus.Net general policies and terms of use,
agreements, and conditions;
- Pay
Now – here you can enforce an immediate payment with your
credit card;
- Contacts
– here are contact phone numbers and email addresses of the
Aplus.Net Departments.
