how come my mail forms are not working with my frontpage site?

If your mail form is not working and you have used FrontPage to create your web site, you probably need to have the Hyperlinks recalculated. Also, anytime the FrontPage Extensions are re-installed, you will need to recalculate the Hyperlinks.

Here is how to recalculate the Hyperlinks:

  1. Launch FrontPage.

  2. Under the File menu, select Open Web. For the location to open, type in http://www.yourdomain.com, it will prompt you for the username and password. This will log you into your site on the server. Please replace “yourdomain.com” with your actual domain name.

  3. Go to the Tools menu and select Recalculate Hyperlinks.
