How can I view older Sent Items in my e-mail that I have not deleted from the server?

Answer by: Frederique Taillefer, Aplus.Net Knowledge Base Support.

If you use Aplus.Net’s Web-based e-mail client to check and send mail, you can view older Sent items as long as you have not deleted them from the server. E-mails sent from the Web-based e-mail client are placed monthly into Sent folders. These folders are not viewable by default; you have to subscribe to them in the Web-based e-mail client in order to view past Sent mail.

Here’s how:

  1. Start by logging into your Web-based e-mail client at http://mail.yourdomain.com using your entire e-mail address and password. Please make sure to replace “yourdomain.com” with your actual domain name.
  2. Select the Folders menu in the navigation bar.
  3. In the Unsubscribe/Subscribe section, you will see a list of Sent folders.
  4. Select any of these folders, and then click the Subscribe button to complete the Subscription. The folders will now appear below the INBOX folder in the left frame of the Web-based e-mail client.
