How do I access my site’s statistics?

The Aplus.Net hosting plans offer two different programs for web statistics: Webalizer and Live Stats. You can see below the respective hosting plans for Webalizer and Live Stats, and how you can access the actual statistics data.

I. Shared hosting plans using Webalizer:

• UNIX-based: Business Class Unix, Pro Unix, and eCommerce Unix
• WINDOWS-based: Pro Windows and eCommerce Windows opened after March 24th, 2008

Webalizer statistics are available at http://www.yourdomain.com/stats (please replace yourdomain.com with your hosted domain name). If prompted for your login information, use your main FTP username and FTP password.

II. Shared hosting plans using Live Stats:

• WINDOWS-based: Pro Windows and eCommerce Windows opened before March 24th, 2008

Live Stats is available through the Aplus.Net Control Panel:

1. Start by logging to the Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net using your Registration number and Customer password.
2. Select Web Hosting from the top navigation bar.
3. Next, select Hosted Domains and click on Manage Hosted Domains.
4. Now, select the hosted domain that you’d like to manage.
5. Click on the Marketing tab.
6. Finally, click the View Your Website Statistics icon.

III. Statistics for the Seniors, Bachelors, and Masters shared hosting plans are available at http://webstats.abac.com:

1. In the Server ID field, enter only the domain name, without the www prefix.
2. Leave the username/password fields blank.
