Aplus.Net
has recently introduced a Hosting Support Center feature
in the
Control Panel. You can use it in order to send written requests to our
Customer Care Department. Here is how you can reach the Support Center
section:
- Start
by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net
using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
- Select
Web Hosting from the top navigation bar.
- Next,
select Hosted Domains and click on Manage
Hosted Domains.
- Now,
select the hosted domain that you’d like to manage.
- Select
the Support Center tab.
You
have the following options available:
- Remove Domain from Hosting Plan -
use this icon in order to request the specified domain to be removed
from your hosting plan.
- Allow Outbound Connections -
use this icon in order to request outbound connections for your web
scripts. In the Message text
field you have to specify the local script filename, the remote server
IP address and port number you wish to connect to, and the reason for
this connection.
- Submit New Ticket - use
this icon in order to send a general request to our Customer Care
Department. Enter a Subject
and Message
in the respective text fields. Optionally, you
can add a file attachment too. Please do not forget to click the Request Support button
on all tools described above.
- Check Ticket Status
- use
this icon in order to check the status of tickets you have submitted.
Click on a particular ticket if you wish to reopen it adding new
details.
- Knowledge Base - by
clicking this icon you will be redirected to our extensive Knowledge
Base.
