how do i upgrade/downgrade my hosting plan?

Please specify the Main FTP username of the hosting plan that has to be upgraded or downgraded. Specify also the new hosting plan you want to have. You can review all hosting plan technical details and pricing at:

Important: A 24 hour downtime of your website and emails will occur in the following cases:

  • When you change your hosting platform from Unix-based to Windows-based and vice versa.
  • When you switch from a hosting plan with shared IP address to a hosting plan with dedicated IP address, for example from Business Class Unix to Pro.
