Your Aplus.Net dedicated server plan comes with several Smart features. Here’s how to request a Smart Reset and a Smart Restore:

1. Smart Reset (free): this feature allows you to reset your server remotely. Please contact our friendly Support Department at 1-888-301-2516 (toll free) or 1-858-410-6900 (for international callers). You will need to provide the following information:

• Registration number.
• Your Challenge Question and Answer.
• IP address.

2. Smart Restore ($50): this feature allows you to have your server restored/re-imaged to its pre-sale default setup. Please contact your Sales Representative at 1-877-275-8763 (toll free) or 1-858-410-6929 (for international callers) so that they can set up a Smart Restore work order for you. Alternatively, you can contact our Support Department at 1-888-301-2516 (toll free) or 1-858-410-6900 (for international callers). You will need to provide the following information:
