Here’s
how to remove your current Credit Card information
from Aplus.Net’s Billing System:
- Start by
logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net
using your Registration Number and Customer
Password.
- Select My
Account from the top navigation bar. Please
have in mind that the My
Account tab is active only if you have logged in
to the Control Panel using
your Registration Number and Customer
Password. Any other login type will not work in this
case.
- Next, select
the Payment Info icon from the following page.
- Click the Remove
this Credit Card button.
- Your Credit
Card will be removed from Aplus.Net’s Billing System and will
no longer be charged.
Important:
Your current method of payment will not be modified. If you do not want
to pay with credit card, you must update your method of payment to Check.
If you want to pay your next bill with new credit card, you will have
to set the new credit card prior to your next billing date.
Note:
If you set your Aplus.Net Account to Check payment, you will be
invoiced 30 days in advance. Thus, you will have enough time to mail
your checks to Aplus.Net and avoid service interruptions. Please note
that by switching your account to Check payment, we will not be able to
automatically renew your services unless your check is received on
time. This affects mostly automatic domain name renewals. We strongly
recommend that you use Credit Card Payment for accounts containing
domain registration service(s).
