How can I prevent unauthorized or malicious use of Push to Talk?

Answer by:  eStara Technical Support

Push to Talk has built-in protection to prevent callers from attempting to abuse the service. The person or business being called who believes it may be a prank call situation will be given the option to automatically block the call by pressing the star key twice (**).  This option is played to the receiver of the call after the 2nd call attempt.
