Here’s
how:
- Start
by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net
using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
- Select
Web Hosting from the top navigation bar.
- Next,
select the Add-Ons and
click on CRM Chat.
- Click
on the CRM Chat service that you’d like to manage.
- Next,
click the Embed Chat into Your Website icon.
Important:
We strongly recommend that you read the installation instructions
available at http://www.aplus.net/en/static/docs/PremiumChat.pdf
before proceeding to step 6.
- The
chat application is basically available for two departments (Sales or
Support). Select the respective department that has to be contacted
when your customers press the CRM Chat Hyperlink on your website. The
CRM Chat code will be generated in the HTML Code
text field.
- Copy
and then paste the code that is generated in the HTML Code
text field into the html file that you’d like to contain your
CRM Chat link.
Important:
You can create as many links to your CRM Chat service as you want. Just
paste the generated HTML code in all web pages that you’d
like to have your link on. However, you can not put more than one CRM
Chat link on one and the same page.
