How do i edit the contents of an existing page?

Answer by: George Kaloyanov, Aplus.Net Knowledge Base Support

Here is how you can edit the contents of an already existing page:

  1. Go to: http://yourdomain.com/mwiki/index.php?title=page_I_wish_to _edit. Please replace yourdomain.com with your actual hosted domain name and page_I_wish_to_edit with the actual title of the page you are going to edit.
  2. Click the Create an account or login button located at the top right corner of the Main Page.
  3. Enter your MediaWiki Administrator’s username and password in the respective fields and click the Log in button.
  4. Click the edit button from the top navigation bar. You will see the contents of the existing page in editing mode.
  5. Edit the contents of your page and click the Save Page button when ready.
