How can I download the Aplus.Net Acceleration Software using the Aplus.Net Control Panel?

The Connectivity Management area of the Aplus.Net Control Panel allows you to easily manage your dial up accounts, including download the Aplus.Net Acceleration Software.

Here’s how to download the Aplus.Net Acceleration Software using the Aplus.Net Control Panel:

  1. Start by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
  2. Select Dial Up from the top navigation bar.
  3. In the Connectivity Management page, select the username of the dial up account that you would like to manage.
  4. Next, select the Acceleration Software icon.
  5. A File Download window will appear, prompting you to save the Acceleration Software to your computer.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Browse the Save As window to select where on your computer you wish to save the software.
  8. Click Save.
  9. The Acceleration Software is now saved to your computer. For instructions on how to use the Aplus.Net Acceleration Software, please refer to our Knowledge Base using the key phrase “acceleration software”.

NOTE: These instructions apply to all Aplus.Net’s dial up accounts opened after 2/18/04. Customers who opened their opened dial up plans prior to that date can manage their accounts by logging into the Aplus.Net Customer Support page.
