You
can use the Web-a-Photo.Com interface to check the status of your
prints and gifts orders. You will see a report, stating the type
and status of your orders, as well as the respective shipping dates.
Here
is how to generate the orders status report once you have loaded http://web-a-photo.com in
your web browser:
- Click the Support link
at the bottom of the page.
- Login using your Web-a-Photo contact
email address and customer password.
- Click on the Orders
Status Report link.
- Provide a starting and ending date
of the period that you’d like to generate the report for.
- Click the Generate
report button.
- You will now see the
full report for all your orders (prints and/or gifts) generated
within the selected period. It should include the following information
for each order:
- The order type.
- The exact date the
order was submitted.
- The order status.
- The exact shipping
date.
