You can use the Web-a-Photo.Com interface to check the status of your prints and gifts orders. You will see a report, stating the type and status of your orders, as well as the respective shipping dates.

Here is how to generate the orders status report once you have loaded http://web-a-photo.com in your web browser:

1. Click the Support link at the bottom of the page.
2. Login using your Web-a-Photo contact email address and customer password.
3. Click on the Orders Status Report link.
4. Provide a starting and ending date of the period that you’d like to generate the report for.
5. Click the Generate report button.
6. You will now see the full report for all your orders (prints and/or gifts) generated within the selected period. It should include the following information for each order:
1. The order type.
2. The exact date the order was submitted.
3. The order status.
4. The exact shipping date.
