How can I change my Dial Up account Password using the Aplus.Net Control Panel?

Answer by: Frédérique Taillefer, Aplus.Net Knowledge Base Support.

The Connectivity Management area of the Aplus.Net Control Panel allows you to easily manage all your dial up accounts, including change your Dial Up account password.

Here’s how to change your Dial Up account password using the Aplus.Net Control Panel:

  1. Start by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
  2. Select Dial Up from the top navigation bar.
  3. In the Connectivity Management page, select the username of the dial up account that you would like to manage.
  4. Next, select the Change Password icon.
  5. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  6. When you are finished, click Change to save your new password.
  7. You can now dial in using your newly created password.

NOTE: These instructions apply to all Aplus.Net’s dial up accounts opened after 2/18/04. Customers who opened their dial up plans prior to that date can manage their accounts by logging into the Aplus.Net Customer Support page.
