Here’s how:

Start by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
Select Web Hosting from the top navigation bar.
Next, select the Add-Ons and click on CRM Chat.
Click on the CRM Chat service that you’d like to manage.
Next, click the Add Chat Operators icon.
Select the number of operators that you’d like to have with your CRM Chat tool.
Click the Modify button to apply the change.
