How can I access the operators interface of my crm chat using the Aplus.Net Control Panel?

Here’s how:

  1. Start by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
  2. Select Web Hosting from the top navigation bar.
  3. Next, select Add-Ons and click on CRM Chat.
  4. Click on the CRM Chat service that you’d like to manage. 
  5. Next, click the View Operator Chat Interface icon.
You’ll be redirected to your operators’ login screen. Use the login information of an active operator that is already associated with your CRM Chat service plan.
