Question categories:  Domain Registration

End users are not allowed to register domains error.

This is an error message from Aplus.Net’s Domain Name Control Panel (CP). If you have registered a domain name(s) with Aplus.Net or Names4Ever (the Domain Name arm of Aplus.Net) then you have access to a web based CP to manage your domain(s) easily (located at https://cp.aplus.net).

Adding more domains and/or initiating transfer requests straight from the CP are part of the conveniences CP adds. However, this particular action generates liability to pay and it is reserved to the account holder only. The Control Panel (CP) is flexible enough to allow multiple users to manage various parts of the accounts in a maintenance mode. Only the account owner can take actions, which will create obligations to pay.

If you receive an error message stating you are not allowed to register or transfer a domain name, this usually means that you are logged in with insufficient credentials. Please log out and then log in with the account registration number, which will give you the credentials of the account owner.
