domain renewal information for domain resellers.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

To renew a domain with Names4Ever two conditions should be met:
1. The checkbox for the auto renewal should be checked (see TI-1 below for details).
2. Your payment should be received 5 days prior to expiration date.

30 days before the expiration date the domains registered with Names4Ever will be marked as EXPIRING. If your domain is marked for auto renewal (TI-1) your account will be billed (debited) for the next registration period.

  1. If we receive your payment at least 5 days before the expiration date your domain will be renewed for the same period as your previous domain registration.
  2. If you are paying with credit card the payment will be processed immediately.
  3. If you are paying by check make sure that we receive the payment 5 days before the expiration date.
  4. If we receive your payment 4 or less days before the expiration date or within 35 days after the expiration date your domain will be renewed for only one year and your account will be credited with the rest of your payment.
  5. If we don't receive your payment until the expiring date your domain will be put on hold for 35 days. During this period your domain is EXPIRED. You can still renew such domain.
  6. If we don't receive your payment until 35 days after expiration date your domain will be deleted.
