Do I need to install drivers for the media card reader?

Please refer to your media card reader manual. Typically, if your operating system is Windows 2000 or later, you do not need to install drivers.

Please make sure that you see your media card reader as an extra removable drive in your computer configuration. Web-a-Photo will not work if you cannot see it. If you see more than one removable drive on your computer, go to Tools from the Main menu of the Web-a-Photo client software, and then select Change Card Drive to select the proper drive.
