Could you please suggest an FTP program I can use with MS FrontPage to upload my web pages?

MS FrontPage has an integrated FTP client. If you intend to use MS FrontPage Extensions you shouldn't upload your files with other FTP clients. You should use only MS FrontPage for upload.
