Changes to my domains are often not visible with AOL's browser. Anyone know if AOL uses cached views and what can be done to ensure updates are reflected?

If you are unable to view your website in AOL’s browser, you will need to refresh the page view or clear the cache to reflect these changes (if refresh does not work).

To clear the cache in the AOL browser:

  1. Click Settings on the AOL toolbar.
  2. Click Internet [Web] Options on the Essentials tab.
  3. In the AOL Browser Settings window, click Internet Explorer Settings.
  4. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Files.
  5. In the Delete Files confirmation window, click OK. (The process may take several minutes.)
  6. Click OK to close the Internet Options window.

For detailed information on setting caching parameters with HTTP headers for users browsing with AOL, please visit http://webinfo.aol.com/caching.html.
