Only the link to your file can be sent via e-mail, not the file itself.
Here’s
how to share files/folders with friends, family, or co-workers using
the Web-a-File website:
- Before you can share
any files/folders, you need to select them by checking the box
to the left of the file name.
- Click the Share Files/Folders link.
- Write the addressee’s
e-mail, your name and a brief comment. The chosen file links will
be added automatically to your letter.
- Click on the Share
Files/Folders button to send the files/folders.
- Your recipient may download
your files by clicking on the corresponding link in his or her
email.
- If you choose not to
send your files/folders, click Cancel.
NOTE:
For security protection, these links become automatically invalid
after 7 days.
