Software (www.rodopi.com) is one
of the most widely spread OSS
(Operations Support System) for Internet and Web Hosting providers.
It provides billing, provisioning, customer care,
credit card processing, invoicing, marketing, and managerial support.
Rodopi is completely web enabled product. Rodopi has over 1,000 customers
in 25 countries including Sony, Cable&Wireless, Telstra, Interliant,
Pegasus, Unisys, Ikano, etc.

up to Rodopi system for completely automated, highly reliable and scalable
operations.
If a Reseller selects Rodopi, than
he will automatically get the benefits of a complete integration, automation
and reporting. In addition the Reseller will get his operations from
online subscriptions to credit card billing and from customer tickets
to marketing reports completely covered.
There are two options for Resellers.
One is to buy Rodopi software and install and maintain everything by
themselves at a data center of their choice or at Aplus.Net's data
center. The second option is to outsource everything to Aplus.Net for
a monthly fee. In this latter case, all the Reseller needs is a web
browser since everything will be managed at Aplus.Net. Rodopi software
comes included with the high-end reseller plans, or can be purchased
separately from Rodopi Software by any Reseller.
