Yes,
you may opt to have results of customer surveys
emailed to up to two email addresses:
- Select
the survey you would like to edit under “Manage
Existing Surveys” in the Customer Surveys control
panel and click the Edit button.
- When
the Edit screen comes up, click the “Form settings”
button in the upper right-hand corner.
- In
the form settings window there will be an option to check for
email results followed by fields you may use to specify what
address(es) to send results to.
- Click
Save
and be sure to publish your edited survey for the
changes to take effect.
