Can I prohibit attachments from my mailing list subscribers?

At this time, there is not a way to block subscribers from attaching files to their messages in a mailing list. Your most secure approach would be to set your mailing list so that the Moderator must approve all posts.

To change your mailing list to a moderated list:

1. Log into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net with your registration number and password.
2. Select Emails from the main menu.
3. Next, select Email Lists and click on Manage Email Lists.
4. Select the email list you wish to manage.
5. Click on the Mailing List Manager icon.
6. Click the Settings button.
7. Use the Moderated Lists drop-down menu and select Yes.
8. Click the Modify button.

Now, all subscribers’ posts must be approved by the moderator when your list it set to moderated.
