Can I install/update
non-OS applications on a Virtual Private Server?
Yes, you can.
You can install/update any application you like. You can even deploy
FreeBSD's port tree and use it to easily install software. There aren't
any special requirements that need to be met in order to install non-OS
software on your VPS.
Avoid disaster , like losing an important domain name, by always keeping your contact e-mail up to date. We send important messages that you don't want to miss. Go to "My account" --> "My info" --> "e-mail" in this Control Panel to update.
