SAN DIEGO, CA, December 20th,
2006 — Aplus.Net, a leading web hosting
company and Internet solutions provider, is relocating its corporate
headquarters from San Diego to Overland Park, Kan., senior management
announced today. Overland Park is a suburb of Kansas City; the move is
scheduled to take place in February, 2007.

preparing for an important and aggressive growth phase,” said
Gabriel Murphy, CEO of Aplus.Net. “San Diego has served
Aplus.Net extremely well in its formative years, and we leave it
reluctantly and only out of necessity. However, our ability to recruit
and retain talented employees has been hampered by the extremely high
cost of living here, and after much careful consideration,
we’ve decided that the best means of addressing this issue is
relocation.”

of living, and Overland Park offers all that and much more,”
Murphy added.
Overland Park is not only a suburb of the Kansas
City metropolitan area but also a thriving and distinct city in its own
right. The second largest city in Kansas, it’s also known for
its low property tax rates, high quality of life, and affordable cost
of living.
The move will include Aplus.Net’s
Corporate Administration, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Development,
Marketing, Server and Domain Administration, and Dedicated Server
Customer Care departments. Aplus.Net’s dedicated server data
center will remain in San Diego. The Aplus.Net sales team will also
stay in San Diego, moving to a new address in the same ZIP code in
early 2007. No changes are planned for Aplus.Net’s Sofia,
Bulgaria location.
