Aplus.Net’s Domain Monitor service watches activity on domain names that are already registered. The service monitors the domain name’s registry record, and if any changes are made to domain name server, registrar, status or expiration of the entry being monitored, an email is sent to the customer. Domain Monitor protects not only from malicious actions, but also from technical and clerical errors which happen often in the Industry, and may lead to significant loss if they go unnoticed.

Aplus.Net’s Domain Guard service helps businesses guard their website branding by monitoring the new domain name registrations for specific keywords that the customer selects. If a new domain name is registered that contains the monitored keywords, an e-mail is sent to the customer. For example, if an individual chose to "guard" names similar to "Aplus.Net", the Domain Guard service would notify that person if someone registered "apluswebhosting.com".

Customers can choose to "guard" or "monitor" any domain, regardless of whether they own the domain or not. Each service is available immediately at a rate of $4.95 per year.
