All the images in my e-mails are being replaced by the message “This image has been removed for security reasons.” How can I get the images?

Answer by: Frédérique Taillefer, Aplus.Net Knowledge Base Support.

You are seeing this message because the images are being filtered by Aplus.Net’s filters. Here’s how to view the missing images:

  1. Click on the e-mail that contains the message.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the e-mail message, and you will find a link “View unsafe images” that will allow you to view those images.

You can also disable the image filtering. Here’s how:

  1. Start by logging into your Web-based e-mail client by going to “http://mail.yourdomain.com”. Please make sure you replace “yourdomain.com” with your actual domain name.
  2. Go to the Options menu on the top navigation bar, and then select Unsafe Image Rules.
